So I was at a conference for work today and as part of one of the sessions they had some info on doing fly-alongs with Air-Med, the medical chopper for the University of Utah hospital. I was able to go through the fly-along orientation and sign up to possible fly with them sometime soon. They even landed one of the choppers right outside the conference. If I get to go pictures will definitely follow.

If you do get a chance to fly around in the chopper you have to humm the theme to Magnum P.I. the whole time. Don’t put it on your IPhone or Ipod, you will actually have to humm it.
