I’ve been looking at some great technology that I think everyone should know about and check out. First on the list, this blog site. The WordPress backend is easy to use and much more powerful than blogger. You can even download it to run on your own web server. How cool is that? You can create seperate pages off the main to divide posts into logical groups. More than that, posts are catagorized with tags. You can have more than one tag per post if the post covers more than one topic. This makes your archives very easy to search through. Much more so than a simple chronologic order. You can creat multiple RSS feed throughout the blog for different pages or posts or what-have you. On the whole, I think it’s an awesome blogging tool and I’m looking forward to growing this blog into something worth looking at. (crosses fingers)
By the way, as you can see below, it is quite easy to import all your old posts from Blogger and a few other sites. This makes it REALLY wasy to switch.
